What Information & Why ?
When you order Products from our website. When you place an order for our products including but not limited to customized bicycles, bicycle accessories, or clothing (collectively, “Products”), we collect your personal information such as your name, your contact information, your shipping information, and your billing information. We use that information to (a) process and ship your orders for Products, (b) respond to customer service requests, (c) analyze and improve our offerings, and/or (d) process a refund or an exchange of Product(s).

Hosting:
Our website is hosted on mochahost.com and store use Open Cart platform- They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through mochahost.com data storage, databases and the general application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Compliance with Laws:
We may disclose your personal information to a third party if (a) we believe that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, (b) to enforce our agreements and policies; (c) to protect the security or integrity of the Services from harm or illegal activities; (d) to respond to an emergency which we believe in good faith requires us to disclose information to assist in preventing the death or serious bodily injury of any person; or (e) to any other third party with your prior written consent.
